Asthma: One of its root causes

If you believe excluding dairy products from your diet completely is the answer to curing asthma and sinus, guess again.

Many doctors recommend that asthmatics and sinus sufferers discontinue eating dairy. They are only half right. What they don’t know is that it is a common ingredient found in dairy products called carrageenan. (sea kelp)

This particular sea weed is used to thicken many dairy products such as ice cream, evaporated milk, whipping cream etc. it’s also found in some soups and other products to add body.

For some people (asthmatics in particular) the carrageenan causes an intense allergic reaction resulting in fever, cold, and then developed into asthma.

My mother suffered terrible Asthma attacks as a child and couldn’t take it when I began to have asthma attacks during my infancy. She prayed hard asking God for a solution, or to let me die young. In answer, she dreamt to give me whole, fresh milk and coconut water. She gave it to me as a substitute for evaporated mile and the attacks stopped.

Growing up, I have never had an asthma attack. Asthma runs in my family and as a past asthmatic I am passing this vital information on to you.
